You can now download the new registration form by clicking the icon in the upper-right hand of the screen. Notice the dates! If you get your registration in by 11/19 (our first EVAL day) it only costs $40! After that it is $40 until 11/28 (Eval #2) and then a $10 late fee will be assessed.
